


Day 1 - San Francisco Welcome to San Fran, relax for the day after your flight. We have a team dinner so we can get to know one another, then brace yourself for an awesome 9 days ahead!
Day 2 - San Francisco to Santa Clara. We kick off the first session of the tour at CrossFit San Francisco with private sessions with Kelly Starret and Carl Paoli. Lunchtime we board a bus and head to CrossFit Santa Clara, the home of 2008 Champion and Games veteran Jason Khalipa.
Day 3 - Santa Clara Morning lecture by Jason. Afternoon session again run by Jason Khalipa.
Day 4 - Santa Clara to Santa Cruz. This mornig we head to Santa Cruz Central home of the original “Nasty Girl” Annie Sakamoto! Afternoon session with Annie.
Day 5 - Santa Cruz to San. Louis Obispo: Morning session with the Orginal ‘Firebreather’ Greg Amundson then finish it off by having a coffee at the Silver Spur’, a part of CrossFit History. Then back on the bus south to San Louis Obispo and CrossFit Inferno with CrossFit Machine Bill Grundler. Afternoon WOD at Inferno.
Day 6 - San Louis Obispo to LA: Morning WOD with Bill then on to the big smoke of LA! Afternoon training at Brick CrossFit.
Day 7 - LA to San Diego: Training Brick CrossFit first thing then make our way south again to San Diego! Home of CrossFit Invictus and Mikes gym!
Optional afternoon session at CrossFit Invictus.
Day 8 and Day 9 - San Diego: Day Eight we break the group in half. Group one will do a morning and afternoon WOD at Invictus, while Group two will travel to Mikes Gym for a 4 hour lifting session with Coach Burgner! Each group will reverse the previous days group sessions.
Day 10 - Fly home from San Diego - Home time people, use the flight as a recovery!
