Day 1 - Arrive in salt lake city Utah. Relax and unwind for the day. Team dinner at night! Ready to rock and roll tomorrow.
Day 2 - Today we head to UtE CrossFit for a morning and afternoon session with UTE owner and Games veteran Tommy Hackenbruck.
Day 3 - Salt Lake City. Back to UtE CrossFit in the morning for a session with Tommy aswell as Taylor Linsey Smith.
After lunch we head to Park City to the home of Mr CrossFit Chris Spealler.
Day 4 - Today we spend the day with “Mr CrossFit” himself, ChriSpealler at CrossFit Park City.
Day 5 - Up early for our drive from Park City to Denver, Colorado.
After arriving in Denver we have an afternoon session at CrossFit Verve owned by CrossFit’s Fittest Husband and Wife team Matt and Cherie Chan.
Optional afternoon session in general class at CrossFit Verve.
Day 6 - You have the chance to here some strength training secrets from one of the strongest dudes in CrossFit when Matt Chan takes us through a strength and programming Lecture. Then put it to practice with a wod.
Another chance to workout at Verve later that night aswell.
Day 7 - Denver to Broomfield to Denver: Early wake up and short drive to Broomfield to MBS CrossFit, a unique box situated in an
aeroplane hanger, owned and run by CrossFit specialist Patrick Burke. Enjoy your last WOD with Pat. Then we drive back to Denver to spend the night.
Day 8 - Today CrossFit Verve will be giving a Nutrition Lecture followed by a workout. Learn how the Chans fuel up to crush WODs.

Day 9 - Unique experience today as we give you the opportunity to be part of CrossFit Verves’ “Urban Adventure Race” – a CrossFit style ‘amazing race’ through Denver!
Day 10 - Fly home from Denver – We begin our journey home….You might enjoy the rest on board!
