When you think of CrossFit you think of Queen of CrossFit Games “Iceland” Annie Thorisdottir. When you think of Annie you think what a machine, never gets tired and smiles during any workout. Have you ever thought about her ‘Team’? The team that has successfully introduced the most dominate female CrossFitter of all time?
We have! Want to come hang out, learn, train and laugh with the ‘A-Team” of CrossFit, then here’s your change. OH – Did we mention it is in Spain!
Day 1 – Stop, Revive, Survive. Take all the rest you can for now, you’re in for a long week. We kick off the tour with a group dinner and get together on the beach.
Day 2 – The king of freestyle movement, Mr Gymnastic WOD himself Carl Paoli is with you for the day taking you through what he does best.
Day 3 – Today we get Carl to breakdown the movements of a WOD to help you move as efficient as possible. Then, get set to see how you compare to the World’s fittest woman when you attack the WOD alongside Annie Thorisdottir.
Day 4 – Today we get to listen to the programming genius that is Jami Tikkanen. Jamie will talk to you about how we programs for a champion.
Then, he will program a WOD for us to try against the fittest couple in CrossFit when Annie and Fredrick workout with you.
Day 5 – Ready to Lift? Jami will help us mobilise specific oly lifting, and then we will work on some oly lifting, then you will max out with Annie.
Day 6 – GAME TIME! Your turn to compete! Take part in our WOD Tours Games Day. Three WOD’s in one day!
